/api/v1/user/reports

提交举报：支持举报评论（comment）和用户（user）。同一人对同一目标在未结案前不可重复提交。需要登录态（auth:sanctum）。

请求参数

Authorization

Bearer Token

在 Header 添加参数

Authorization

，其值为在 Bearer 之后拼接 Token
